And so, my first lesson of Muay Thai at Van Lee Fitness, a all girl fitness club located along Chinatown. I totally adores her slogan "Exercise or get fat" which has greatly impacted myself to train harder.
The first experience turned out to be something familiar. I remember the moves a little resembles Kickboxing but this is definitely ALOT more cardio as compared to KB. Many reps and non-stop action is what MT is aiming at driving you to be. Very satisfying work-out towards the end while cool down session.
Am just look forward to the next session :)
