Paul Sir has surprised me by preparing the Honeymoon highlights in a video format. Really missed those days when we were in Europe. THANK YOU!!! :)
Our Honeymoon Highlights The man has been very helpful in the wedding preparation and he has came up with the plot for our childhood montage and he did all this from the start. Really proud of his work and definitely loving it alot! Hope our guests love it on the Special Day 28|Decemeber|2013 too! Thank you guys for attending our wedding and we hope you have enjoyed as much as we did. All of you are important to us and have been around in certain parts of our life. We are whom we are now because of YOU! :) YOOHOOO!!!! HAPPY ONE MONTH ANNIVERSARY MY PAUL SIR! Today marks 1 month since we said I DO! The memories were still so vivid in my mind as though it was yesterday. Loving you always! Created this video specially for you, my one and only man! Paul + Karine AD Highlights from Karine Kwan on Vimeo. We were glad that the instant booth was a total success! With a total of 182 shots, 92 individual prints and many duplicate copies for keeping, we are glad that our guests enjoyed the booth as much as we do. We have discussed on the template for the instant print as well as folded the 1000 cranes which we had used as backdrop in the instant booth.
It is meant as the blessing we share with our dear guests. Once again, thank you for making the time to attend our special day 28|December|2013. Have attached the prints for soft-copy downloading. With loves, Paul + Karine Greetings from Mr, & Mrs. TAN! As we head down hotel lobby to return our gowns, we walked past the cocktail area for another wedding today. Time passed so quickly and our special day is over. Haha. Blessed the couples holding their wedding today. Thank you, our special guests for attending. Appreciate it! Travelling to Europe TOMORROW!!!!! Yeap.
The banquet night seems to complete in a blink of seconds, so many things to handle and so little time. With the clock goes tick tok tick tok tick tok and the procedures where makeup | decoration set-up | guestlist | receptionist | dry run | Emcee preparation | March in preparation | ROM preparation requires to be completed at a certain timing. Definitely there are plenty of hiccups in the day event as well.
To take a good example, our ROM ceremony is supposed to hold at the poolside at 6.15pm but unfortunately at 5.45pm, it started to drizzle and our coordinator has allowed us to wait till 6pm for further notice. But the sky did not blessed us with nice blue sky and thus we had to shift to the waterfall lounge for our ROM ceremony. Some of the decorations were requested to shift downstairs but we are glad that the overall environment turn out to be even better than how we have expected. The high ceiling with the decoration is wonderful. Next up when the ROM march in music was wrong but we still had to march in as the guests were waiting but it is long forgotten mistaken. At least i did not fall down when i marched in and i think it is all that matters to a beautiful bride. ***not to trip on the wedding day*** We decided to head for photo-shoot before we head to Paul Sir's house for receiving of the bride as the weather have been rather unpredictable during monsoon season. Thus, we decided to snap while we were blessed with the weather. Totally love the consistent outfit we have prepared for the brothers and sisters, they look awesomely well especially in the group photos. Thank you all for agreeing to our themes. Appreciated :)
And after a year of preparation, it is the special day 28|December|2013, our Finale. This day come by so soon, sooner than one could think of and the countless number of preparation, diys and communication has finally come to an end. The day passes so soon that all we have left with are photographs , videos and memories of what happen on the special day. OH ya, it actually begins at 3.30am where Keith came over my house for the makeup. The usual bridal makeup takes about 2 hours, the sisters are arriving at 5am for preparation while the guys are arriving for gate crash at 6am.
I will say that the morning begins where i was in a blank. To wake up at 3am is a total pain, honest answer. And to start smiling at 5am onwards makes you feel cranky as well but nevertheless, it is our big day and it is finally here. The smile slowly become more natural and less camera-shy. haha :) From the bottom of the heart and here is the photo spam! |
