So we decided to book through jetstar since the ticket price is slightly more expensive than Scoots (samsam is taking this!) but the timing is alot better as compared. HOW EXCITING since we are required to do last minute hotel reservation and also itinerary. haha!
An impromptu invitation by Samsam asking us if we will want to join them for a trip to Bangkok. After discussing with Paul Sir, we felt that it will be good for me to go travelling since my stomach is getting bigger each day. I thought it will good that i can head there to buy some loose clothing in preparation for the subsequent bump, haha. A good excuse to shop yea! So we decided to book through jetstar since the ticket price is slightly more expensive than Scoots (samsam is taking this!) but the timing is alot better as compared. HOW EXCITING since we are required to do last minute hotel reservation and also itinerary. haha! Since we arrived airport early, we decided to head to the staff canteen for a cheap proper meal prior boarding. And here we go! Upon arrival at the airport, the first thing we did was to get ourselves a Thai data simcard that can ensure we can continue our hay day and clash of clan without much disturbance. hahaha! We just need to pay 299 baht for a week of unlimited data usage and an additional 100 baht for calling. It cost about 2 baht per minute while calling back Singapore. Really great deal! We were reading blog entries and found out that we can actually take airport rail to our hotel area and it is really very cheap and worth it. We paid about 80 baht for TWO and it is very worthy although it is also very packed. Finally alighting at our train station and we had to walk for about 10 minutes, crossing baiyoke sky hotel before arriving ours, Centre Point Pratunam Hotel! The hotel is known for its convenience as it is located opposite Pantip Plaza and also known for the spacious room. Really a good choice to stay there :) Next stop! Roddeedet at Siam Square. We really had a hard time trying to find this gem as it is located at the corner along an alley. Not really tourist friendly to be locating this place though but the food turn out really tasty! Did not regret coming by for the beef kway tiao! Had a walk around MBK / Siam area before we head back to the roadside stall along our hotel for dinner! Afterwhich, we walked along the night market at Pratunam area and got ourselves a nice leather keychain holder :) Head back to hotel to bath before we head downstairs for my favorite foot massage :)))) SHIOK! Good night for today! :)
