Arrived at Melaka, checked in at the Hatten Hotel. Booked a Junior Suite at the hotel that we had been eyeing for very long. Everytime we came to Melaka, this hotel was always fully booked. This time round, we were lucky that there was vacancies. There traffic towards the hotel was bad, i guess pretty much that it's caused by the long weekend in SG. Took quite awhile to maneuver to the carpark, and had to park at level 9 cuz it was too packed. Here comes our one day staycation in Melaka!
Arriving late at the Melaka, we decided to make the day light, by just roaming around Mahkota Mall, and having our simple dinner there. We had a quick foot massage as Morris began to fall asleep while i was tula-ing him, and then we proceeded for Korean BBQ for dinner. We were looking for the Pernarakan food that was along the stretch of shop houses near the Fenix Inn Hotel, but to no avail. So we decided to go for this freshly opened Korean outlet, operated by a Korean Guy. The food was ok, and service was good. The Korean Boss seemed to like Morris alot, played with him, and even gave us more Pancakes (Non-refillable) and even a pack of Korean Snack for Morris before we left. The price was expensive compared to Melaka's food, but it was still cheaper than Singapore's rate.
Stay tuned for next episode.
