After much discussion, we decided to BTO for the Punggol Waterway Sundew Project. We love the waterway view and Punggol for being peaceful.
We were really lucky to have the ballot number 80 for our 5 room flat application in Sundew. This means we will get to pick some high floor unit as per what we wished for.
#17-632! :) It will be ready latest by 2nd Quarter 2016!
On a side note, dating an officer is pretty interesting. He did the extraordinary filtering session on the criteria for making the decision for the chosen unit. From listing each priorities, e.g: Floor / view / west-sun / location / distant to coffee-shop and etc till it boils down to the final 8 units with 1st to 8th priority as "OUR" choice.
When we head down to HDB for flat selection, the process became very straight forward where our first question to the officer being "do you still have #17-632?" and the officer gave us a bright smile and said IT'S STILL AVAILABLE!!!!
