After hearing a BTB friend mentioning about selecting her invites from the printing company called tdragon, i decided to send a email to inquire with regards as well. Was given about 12 designs for selection but Paul and i decided to head down to tdragon to have a look over on Saturday since we are available last weekend. It was rather quiet when we head down with approximately 5-6 couples. There was still an available desk for us and as we settled down, the friendly staff from tdragon approached us by checking which hotel we belongs to. After which, she took out the same 12 choices for our viewing and at the same time i have requested to have a look at the premium ones which requires topping up of 40 cents per copy. We had our round of elimination and we decided on something very different from the usual wedding invites and we felt it caught both of our intention which portrait a more formal approach. |
So looking forward to receiving the first draft for our confirmation prior printing it. :)))) To think about it, we have the wax seal to surprise our guests with. Hope they will like the little effort. Still remember when the seal came where we go all over excited about it and tried to seal it immediately. This is how it is going to look like! Okay, maybe exclude the extra wax by the side but i feel this is consider NOT BAD! | In preparation for the wax sealing process, Paul is so nice to come and help me with the cutting of the wax. With the ready cut pieces, we can just heat it up and use immediately. Hope this will buy us some time. :) Appreciate it love! Although the process is a little time consuming as we are required to cut the wax and it's very hard. After that have to melt it over candle till it soften, pour it to the requested area and press the stamp really hard for a couple of seconds till the wax cools down and harden. No doubt the steps, i still love how it looks like and i wish to do it on every invites! |
