Mummy starts to feel severe backache from the stress gained for the heavy stomach and i think the slipped disc has been aggravating the ache more. Gonna ask Uncle Tham to see if there is any medication where it is safe for both of us and able to relief the pain a little. But don't worry, mummy is fighting strong for both daddy and you. We love you :)
Hello Babytan, it is mummy again. Auntie Shirley has been laughing at me saying that i have been calling you Large cabbage. I am amazed at how fast your growth is and definitely hoping to see a watermelon you by the next gynae visit with Uncle Tham. Mummy has been good while trying to boost up on eating so that you can be of a better weight during delivery.

Hello Babytan, it is mummy again. Somehow after lunch today, i have a sudden craving for traditional mooncake and the urge is pretty much i hope that i gets to eat it by today kinda thing. Told my boss about the craving and she couldn't stop laughing and said that you are good because you have seasonal cravings. HAHA!
Told daddy about it and he fetched me at Bugis to buy a box for satisfaction. So tell me, is the craving from me or you? :) Hello babytan, this is mummy at her 3rd trimester now. You have been growing in a tremendous speed where my stomach is getting bigger and heavier as the days go. Somehow, it is causing some inconvenience for mummy to walk around especially after meals. We have gained about 8 kg so far while only (6.5kg to me while 1.5kg to you). Let's see how much more weight gain we will get subsequently.
For you, my nose gets broader and flatter. For you, i have a total change in figure. But thanks to you babytan, everyone else say your mummy is glowing. :) Daddy and mummy loves you tons. <3 I have been fasting since 12am yesterday night as i am going for my Glucose Test today. Apparently i do not know why Uncle Tham requested me to go for the test but highly it could be due to the fact that my Granny has diabetes and he is suspecting that i might have Gestational Diabetes (GD) as well. I guess the fasting wasn't that torturing as i have been having meals in my 2nd-3rd trimester as per normal like how i eat during non-pregnancy period. Wasn't too hungry or having too frequent hungers surprisingly. Have always been hearing comments that the orange glucose drink is horrible and am pretty much terrified about it as well. haha! My sugar level reading with fasting states 4.9 and Uncle Tham's requirement after completion of the test is to keep it below 7.7. *Wish me luck Decided to not risk my stomach from having any chance to vomit, i took a big gulp down and finished the whole bottle in a couple of seconds. I think it wouldn't taste as bad as how it would be if i am going to sip it with a straw, Indeed it is pretty sweet and not quite friendly to the empty stomach. Okay, next up is to wait for 2 hours before my 2nd reading. In the midst of it, i am able to take sip of plain water and yes, that is all i can take from like 8-11am and i actually begin to feel hungry actually. Decided to ask the man to head for his breakfast instead of bearing the hunger along with me instead. The puff looks really delicious to me at this moment! After 2 exact hours of wait, i head back to take my 2nd reading and i am glad t falls within Uncle Tham's requirement as mine reads 6.9. Everything seems so relieved suddenly and i know i can head out for a good feast after. :)
Last finale of the day is to see babytan at week 28+. He was only about 500g when we last visited the gynae at week 24+. This time round, he has doubled up his weight and looking as active as before. Something different where he is willing to face us so that uncle Tham can snap such an awesome photo of your face. One thing that i don't fancy is that uncle Tham say babytan resembles the father with the big eyes. Boohoo! Really meh? Hello Babytan, it is 2am now and i was feeling extremely hungry suddenly. Daddy went to made noodles for us to eat. See the amount of ingredients he added to the simple bowl of noodles. Do you feel as blessed as i am?
Since we have about $120 worth of Robinson vouchers given by SAF and Amex, we decided to head to Robinson @ Raffles City Shopping Centre for a walk to see what we can buy for BabyTan. Apparently on today, there are some promotion going on and Avent Products are going on 30% off. The 4 in 1 sterilizer is selling at $119 w/o bundle and that is the cheapest we have seen from the various shopping centre.
Along with the sterilizer, we grabbed another set of storage container 8oz for food / milk storage. The bpa free storage containers can freeze and warm where we can put in puree in future when we wanna start feeding solids, A happy purchase as after all the various deduction, we paid only $26.27 for all these. :) I was trying hard to research online on the basic necessity for our precious and found some of the "MUST HAVE" items within the checklist. Decided to share it over on our blog so that anyone who read it may feel useful about it. :) #1 Desitin Creamy Diaper Rash Ointment 16oz DESITIN® Rapid Relief Cream helps provide overnight relief of diaper rash. In a clinical study, 90% of babies with diaper rash had noticeable relief within 12 hours of the use of DESITIN® Rapid Relief Cream. The bottle of 16OZ is good for home usage as it is value for money as compared to the convenient pack of 4OZ each. Able to bring the convenient pack outdoor and use whenever in need to change diaper. Heard strong raving reviews about this product and decided that it MUST belong to the MUST HAVE list of necessity for babytan. :) Chanced upon Amazon and saw this deal, am so gonna ask Cindy to help to add to the spree for Amazon :)) Found a local bulk purchase by Singapore Motherhood website , sometimes there will be spree for the Desitin Diaper Rash Ointment at a cheaper price as compared to Agape Babies.
